In order to support student participation in the conference, fellowships of $500 to $750 will be offered to defray travel costs for students attending the conference. The Travel awards for students will be made based on:
Although having a paper at the conference is one of the evaluation criteria, All undergraduate/graduate students who are interested/working on grouting are encouraged to apply. The awardees are expected to attend and assist with logistics for 2-3 sessions. Duties may include counting attendance, assist with time keeping, and assist with audio/video issues. The attendees will have the opportunity to select the sessions they would prefer to assist with after the awards are announced.

The organizing committee will request the recommendation letters separately so you do not need include the support letter in the application at the time of submission.
